Sarah Vasquez founded SV Management Consulting to help transform commercial real estate companies into peak-performance organizations.

She is a certified professional coach with 30+ years of experience as a change management executive in real estate, specializing in leadership and talent development at all levels of the organization, skills training, and organizational structure and efficiencies. Sarah began her career as an accountant and progressed to serve as general manager, vice president of management, senior vice president, executive vice president, and president during her time at Westfield, Howard Hughes, and District Wharf Properties. She is an expert in all divisions of commercial real estate, including operations asset management, accounting, finance, leasing, development, and construction.

Key Accomplishments

Delivered high-level asset management reporting and property management reporting for 90M+ square feet, including budgeting, forecasting, valuations, leasing analysis, and reporting to lender for over $1B in loans.

Scaled Westfield Operations from 10M to 70M square feet, nurtured company culture, developed talent, improved operational efficiencies, optimized accounting, and helped increase revenue to $300M.

Led teams in accounting, operations, lease administration, finance, capital improvements, development process, and tenant coordination for portfolios totaling 10M - 65M square feet and with teams of more than 1,500 employees.

Developed strategy and organizational structure for growing office, multi-family, and retail portfolio from 2M to 9M+ square feet comprised of 3,800 multi-family units and nine communities.

Reduced common area expenses in 2008/2009 through employee re-organization and efforts in energy reduction, security, janitorial, and corporate overhead in the amount of $30M.

Successfully launched DWP, LLC as a standalone entity under the Madison-Hoffman Waterfront Joint Venture, a private company with REIT structure. Led asset management, capital markets, accounting, property management and the District Association across all vertical classes.
